Polysiloxane Emulsion Antifoam & Defoamers (DS-50N & DS-60 Series)
High-efficiency silicone-based defoamers formulated from high-grade polysiloxane, dispersants, and stabilizers for ultra-fast foam elimination and alkali resistance.
Designed for continuous foam control in severe industrial environments. These grades exhibit exceptional stability under high alkalinity conditions (pulp black liquor) and high compatibility in textile, water treatment, agrochemical, and oilfield drilling applications.
Immediate rupture of surface foam bubbles upon contact, maintaining process capacity in high-turbulence vessels[cite: 9, 11].
DS-50N Series is specially fortified to maintain persistent foam suppression in highly alkaline media such as pulp black liquor washing.
DS-60 Series effectively de-aerates oilfield drilling muds, achieving mud recovery rates close to 100%.

Pulp washing black liquor in papermaking requiring persistent suppression in alkaline media.
De-aeration of oilfield drilling muds with high recovery performance.
Textile sizing, medium-temperature dyeing, pesticide formulations, and industrial cleaning.
Industrial effluent clarification, aeration basin foam control, and chemical process water[cite: 9, 10, 11].
Can be added directly after foam forms or blended into products as a preventive anti-foam component. Typical dosage is 10 to 100 ppm.
Do not dilute directly with raw water, as this can cause phase separation and demulsification. If dilution is necessary, dilute using 2.5%–3% polyacrylate thickened water following technical guidance.
Shelf Life: 6 months from manufacture date in unopened packaging.
Our technical team provides site trials, active content selection, and precise ppm dosage determination.
